Hi! I wish to introduce myself - my name is "Anna Young". I am a fine art acrylic artist (self-taught) from Wallacetown, Ontario. I paint with realism in mind. My work consists of landscapes and waterscapes to animals, flowers and whatever else draws my desire to capture it in a painting. Always striving to learn and develop as an artist, my greatest joy is when I have a painting on my easel. My hope is to capture one's attention to a piece and elicit a positive response, be it a smile, a memory of places they have been or a contemplative moment. As with all of my work, my goal is to create art that is visually pleasing and to elicit an emotional or thought-provoking response to the piece.
